Starting with your Day 4 performance, make a point of completing this log as soon as you can after each event that triggers your anxiety—while it’s still fresh in your mind. It’ll help you keep track of your progress in finding the mindful way beyond your stage fright. To make it as easy as possible to access the log, you can find a link under the Members menu whenever you’re logged in.
