Please follow these directions to make sure you get the 3-Minute Quiz and my regular emails containing helpful tips on dealing with stage fright.

1. Check your email inbox for a message from me (Dr. David Lee Fish) with the subject line (Here’s your 3-minute stage fright quiz). If you don’t see it after 15 minutes, check your spam/junk folder. (If you’re using Gmail, it may have wound up under the Promotions tab.)

2. If you do find my email in your spam folder or under the Promotions tab, drag it to your primary inbox.

3. If you add me to your address book, it’ll help make sure future that future emails go to your inbox.
